This holiday season, BCC will be supporting the Salvation Army in three ways as a church-wide service opportunity. First is ringing the red kettle bell, now through Christmas Eve. Volunteers are the difference between an empty kettle and one that raises about $30/hour—enough to provide a family with two bags of groceries, or shelter an individual for a night. There is an immediate need for bell ringers! Go to connectbcc.org/serviceopportunities for details or sign up on the Worship Center patio. Beginning on Sun., Nov. 24, a Giving Tree will be in the Worship Center lobby with tags you can take to buy a gift for a local child. You can also sponsor a family through your Life Group, or by contacting Kathy Spillar: email@example.com.
